Join us as we are taking interview requests. We want to talk with women at various stages of being in business. You do not have to have been in business for ages. We are a multi-generational community that honors and respects we have as much to learn from our Millennial sisters as we have from our Traditionalists.
A fabulous piece of advice a friend shared with me last year was “mentor with someone younger, they will keep you on your toes and you will learn as much from them as they learn from you”. Very wise words indeed.

Experiencing business success in the offline world spanning over 25 years, as owner of a leading marketing communications firm in Toledo, Ohio, Marcia lived what she now teaches. She led a team of 9 team members in Toldeo and branch offices in Phoenix Arizona and Detroit Michigan, serving mostly US and International corporations, along with a number of small businesses and non-profit organizations. The firm’s work centered around visual communication including print and digital marketing materials and internal employee benefits communications.
Michele will ask Marcia to share what has been her journey to where she is today and what were some of those lessons that allowed Marcia to create a sustainable team as well as business.
